The environment of the school mostly make working families, agricultural workers but also intelligentsia. Part of the students come from families with difficult material conditions. They are covered by social care and benefit from supplementary feeding. School enables young people to benefit from mentoring, psychology, speech therapy and nursing. Before class or after school finite students are staying in school common room.
The parents of the students coming from rural areas, often from poor families, do not often show interest in intellectual and educational development of their children. Shy students often find themselves in a condition of low self-esteem, face problems at school and in adaption to new surroundings, as a result develop bad social behavior. Those problems all deepen the complexity in the province. Teachers’ activities enable students to know their abilities, develop their interests and strengthen academic and social development. Students overcome their own shyness and develop confidence in their abilities.
